By using Callo (“the service”), you agree to these terms. Plain language: read them once and you’re good.

What Callo is

Callo is a health coach you text over iMessage. It helps you log meals, keep track of your weight and habits, set reminders, and get back on track when life happens. It’s provided as-is by Hada Muhammad (contact: chatwithcallo@gmail.com).

What Callo isn’t

Callo isn’t a doctor, dietitian or licensed medical professional. Nutrition numbers and wellness suggestions are for information only. Check with a qualified professional before medical, nutritional or fitness decisions that materially affect your health.

Your part

• Give accurate information when asked (goals, weight, routines). Wrong inputs mean wrong coaching.
• Don’t use Callo in an emergency. It can’t triage urgent medical situations. Call your local emergency number.
• No scraping, spamming or trying to break Callo. We may suspend access for clear bad-faith use.
• Keep it to yourself. Callo personalizes everything to one person: the iMessage address you text from.

Your data

See the privacy policy for what we collect, why, and how to delete it. Short version: text Callo “delete my data” any time.

Optional integrations

If you connect another app or service, your data also flows through it under its own terms. Connections are opt-in, and you decide what’s on.

Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable service but can’t guarantee uptime. Callo may be slow or unavailable when a service it depends on has problems, or during maintenance.

We may add, remove or change features. If a change materially affects you, Callo will text you first.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callo is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the service, and we aren’t responsible for health outcomes from acting on Callo’s suggestions, which are information, not medical advice.

Stopping

Text STOP and Callo stops texting you first. To leave entirely, text “delete my data” or email us. We may suspend or end access for clear violations of these terms, such as abuse or spam.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes are resolved in its courts.
